Pooches & Puppies sincerely thanks you for placing your order with us!  Your order will be carefully packed and thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Your satisfaction is everything to us!  We strive to ensure that the quality of our products are excellent, but in the case that an item you ordered from poochesandpuppies.ca does not meet your expectations and you are not 100% satisfied, we're not satisfied – it’s that simple.

Most merchandise can be returned for any reason, just return it in “as purchased” condition with the packaging intact within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  A 10% restocking charge will apply only to refunded items.
