SHIPPING and HANDLING: 

All prices are in Canadian dollars.  All handling charges are waived for the months of  March and April 2007.  We ship all orders from Ontario, Canada.  We ship throughout Canada and the USA.  All shipping charges are based on weight and distance.  We use Canada Post, UPS air service, and UPS ground service, unless otherwise requested.  If you are interested in finding out how much shipping charges are, simply shop our site, add items to your shopping cart, enter your postal code/zip code and click on “check shipping.”  

Within Canada: 

Our shopping cart is set up to give you a choice of shipping methods.  For shipments within Canada, we offer Priority Courier, XpressPost and Regular Parcel through Canada Postal Service, UPS Ground, and UPS Air.  The choices and their associated costs will be available at checkout.  Please note that with Canada Postal Service there is no package tracking available.  With any of the UPS services, full package tracking is available and is automatically provided by email at time of shipment.

United States: 

Due to government health regulations, dog bones cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
